Great location very close to the park, the pier in Great Yarmouth and beach, and the room was luxurious. We truly enjoyed to be there, it had a fireplace, central heating and an iron. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. the location was great, close to the beach and a short drive to the town. Having two bathrooms was also very convenient. the heating worked well and warmed up quickly. Plus, there was parking right next to the caravan.
The cleanliness could have been better, as we found dried food on some plates and previous occupiers' food under the couch. the smart TV didn't connect to the internet, so we couldn't log in to Netflix for our little boy.
